COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Dolma is very simple. Just fry onions and carrots, pour in tomato sauce, place in the pan, cover with a press, and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat. The water should almost cover the dolma.
Composition: grape, leaves, cilantro, onion, pepper, rice, salt, minced meat.
