COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a simmer. Carefully add pelmeni to boiling water. Stir gently to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally until they float to the surface. Transfer to serving plates using a slotted spoon. Sauté frozen pelmeni in hot oil in a large pan over medium heat until soft and meat is cooked through.
