COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: In a large pan sauté chopped onions and carrots. Place frozen stuffed peppers on top of sauteed vegetables. Mix tomato paste and water together. Pour “tomato water” into the pan until stuffed peppers are almost covered. Simmer for 25 minutes.
