Salmon dumplings, 500g.

INGREDIENTS: salmon fillet, salt, water, oil, flour, salt, egg, turmeric.

STORAGE: Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler up to 90 days from the day of manufacturing (see the label).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a simmer. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to keep dumplings’ bright colours. Carefully add pelmeni to boiling water. Stir gently to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes stirring occasionally until they float to the surface.
Transfer to serving plates using a slotted spoon.
