STORAGE: Keep Frozen at -18°C or cooler up to 30 days from the day of manufacturing (see the label). Once defrosted, keep refrigerated at 6-8 °C. Use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. Frozen on day of manufacture.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost thoroughly. Fry in a little oil over medium heat for 12-15 minutes. Turn occasionally. Drain well before serving. To ensure sausages stay juicy, do not pierce the skin.
Preheat oven to Fan 170°C/ Gas 5. Place on baking tray near the middle of the oven and bake /grill for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
